In September 2024, RON 95 retailed between RM 2.05 and RM 2.05 (average RM 2.05) and held steady over the month. RON 97 averaged RM 3.26 and Peninsular diesel RM 3.02.

RON 97 averaged 5.8% less than the previous month (RM 3.46 → RM 3.26). That is 3.3% lower than a year earlier (RM 3.37). It was the lowest RON 97 monthly average since February 2022.
