In March 2021, RON 95 retailed between RM 2.05 and RM 2.05 (average RM 2.05) and held steady over the month. RON 97 averaged RM 2.43 and Peninsular diesel RM 2.15.

RON 97 averaged 6.1% more than the previous month (RM 2.29 → RM 2.43). That is 25.9% higher than a year earlier (RM 1.93). It was the highest RON 97 monthly average since January 2020.
